Privacy Policy & Data Protection Protocol

Effective Implementation Date: July 10, 2026

1. Global Regulatory Compliance Mapping

This system governance document details the runtime conditions of the MockLoc application stack. It enforces strict compliance bounds aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Europe), the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA (USA), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA - Canada), the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL - UAE).

2. Zero-Trust Client-Side Data Architecture

MockLoc operates strictly on an **isolated, sovereign processing topology**. Your location metrics and targeted coordinate strings are handled directly in system runtime and are written into local thread variables on your device. Auto-suggest geolocation strings are passed over end-to-end encrypted TLS tunnels directly to OpenStreetMap servers. We retain zero history configurations, telemetry logs, or track layers on remote databases.

3. Licensing Data Minimization

User billing profiles are processed securely by independent, PCI-compliant transactional nodes (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). The system architecture retains only an abstract zero-knowledge verification hash to confirm license status.
